Rainbow

I see a rainbow in the sky
Declare the storm is done
A wond'rous beauty to the eye
Proclaims a newborn sun

The raging winds have gone away
The clouds are trimmed in white
A touch of sunshine fills the day
Depart the endless night

There was a rainbow over me
It spanned across the skies
A wondr'ous beauty I now see
Reflected in your eyes
